Data Protection Declaration
1. Individual-related Data.
Individual-related data are individual details regarding personal or objective circumstances of a particular or determinable natural person. These include, e.g. their name, address, postal address and telephone number. When a person decides to register to the shop, in other words, registers as a customer (registered user), s/he is requested to provide personal information, which is subsequently stored. Some of the data can be given voluntarily, whereas others must be provided. When a person accesses our internet site, data (e.g. IP address, date, time and the accessed pages) are stored on our server. We reserve the right to carry out statistical, automatic evaluations of this data. We use the individual-related data in order to execute orders and for customer administration purposes. Such data are only electronically stored on computers to the extent to which they are required. Furthermore, personal data are only saved if they have been provided voluntarily.
2. Dissemination of Individual-related Data.
We do not pass on the information to third parties. If data are passed on to service providers within the data processing of the order, this is bound to the Federal Data Protection Act BDSG, other statutory regulations and this privacy policy. The collection of and transfer of personal data to state institutions and authorities only takes place in the context of mandatory statutory provisions.
3. Use of Cookies.
We use "Cookies" to save configuration information. Such information assists in the determination of user-related settings, enabling special user functions in the shop to be realised.
4. Children.
People under the age of 18 years require parental consent before they can transfer their individual-related data to us. We do not request individual-related data from children.
